Penthouse O.R. Penthouse with energy efficient technologies

The project of the penthouse was implemented by the United Architects studio, and the integrated automation system was executed by Intellect City. The space is made in the style of minimalism with elements of modern classics and functionalism.

The combination of high technology, aesthetics and energy efficient solutions in this penthouse creates an innovative space that meets modern standards of sustainability. It is an example of harmony between architecture, comfort and environmental responsibility.

Energy-efficient engineering networks:

• Heat pump to optimize energy consumption for heating and cooling.

• Inverter air conditioners for efficient climate control.

• Supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery.

• Autonomous solar power plant (8 kW) with 15 kWh batteries and solar panels (6 kW at peak), providing independence and reducing carbon footprint.

Automation and “Smart Home”

• Lighting: 95% DALI control, lights with tunable white and RGBW functions. Automatic switching on in pass-through areas, bathrooms and on stairs by presence sensors.

• Climate: centralized control of air conditioning, heating, warm floors, convectors (for heat and cold), snow melting and ventilation systems.

• Sun protection: automated roll, roman and drape systems.

• Energy management: monitoring and control of energy consumption.

• Security: anti-flood systems, SCUD, biometric access to the apartment, gym, dressing rooms and offices.

• Scenarios: automatic settings for short or long absence of residents.
