TeaInsider – Space for a new tea culture
This interior is an attempt to introduce people to tea culture through space, materials and interactive light.
It combines a cafe area, a shop and separate rooms for tea ceremonies.
The low landing creates a calm meditative mood, and thanks to the cyclical lighting scenario, the atmosphere changes depending on the time of day.
The main accent of the interior is a huge panel on fabric (14*3.6m), which unites different rooms into a single space.
The work was created specifically for this project and combines modern digital collage and fabric processing in an authentic style using a solution of natural tea.
This is a place about slowing down, rebooting and a new experience of interacting with tea culture.
