Apartment 044

Apartment 044 with an area of ​​40.6 m² in Podil from the Between the Walls studio is a compact, open space in a new building with elements of modernism and brutalism. The designers optimized the limited area with the help of light scenarios and transparent partitions: natural light circulates freely from the entrance through the hallway, where on the right is an integrated dressing room made of glass blocks, and on the left is a built-in light cabinet that seamlessly transitions into the kitchen area.

The center of the combined kitchen-living room is a large wooden table surrounded by Alias ​​chairs, highlighted by a minimalist loft lamp and an artistic accent – a poster by Anastasia Lelyuk on aluminum sheets. The recreation area is formed by a green Diza Collective sofa, a painting by Anton Sayenko and open shelves with decor that add warmth to the space. The compact bedroom is separated from the common area by a partition made of plywood and corrugated glass, which preserves privacy and lets in light from two windows, and a special atmosphere is created here by the work of Hamlet Zinkivsky and French lamps AM.PM. Project 044 demonstrates a balanced balance of modern design, artistic experiments and light nostalgia in the historical context of Kyiv.
