The establishment is located in a historic building with a structural scheme that was unusual for its time — a reinforced concrete column-and-beam system, which became the foundation of the spatial architecture.
Overall, the issue of restoration was fundamental in this project: it was important to preserve the authentic character of the interior, emphasizing its natural beauty and imperfections.

The concept of the establishment is a gastropub with an emphasis on complex and refined dishes. The key element of the space is the open kitchen. It was essential for us to keep the focus on it, because it is the heart of the entire establishment.

The image is based on the idea of ​​a professional workshop, a kind of craft manufactory. The space interprets production, adapted to the restaurant format. It was important for us to create a recognizable, utilitarian image, inspired by the aesthetics of the factory. This is manifested in the lighting, furniture elements and structures.
A significant part of the objects were purchased and restored, and today they are carriers of history, which the space preserves and reinterprets. These details shape the atmosphere and help you immerse yourself in another time, creating an image that is easy to believe in.
